Sunday Morning Meditation – meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 9:45 – 10:15 AM. Jeanie Gamer will host Kria Yoga meditation on the 4th Sunday of the month. All are welcome.
Sunday Morning Inspiration – meets on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month from 9:45 – 10:15 AM. All are welcome for a half hour of spiritual caring and sharing.
Every Tuesday - Silent Unity Prayer Services are held at 11 AM and 12:15 PM. Join Rev. Dean for a half hour of affirmative prayer.
Choir Practice – The choir practices every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sunday of the month from 9:15 – 10:45 AM. See Elaine Vinzant for more information.

Mother's Day Service. ALL women will be honored. Please bring YOUR mother or other females who are significant in your life. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to honor any woman that you care to.

Board of Trustees meeting at 6:30 PM. Please see any board member if you have items to be discussed.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY MAY 18 and 19 MOVIE WEEKEND
We will show “Hungry for Change” A movie about transforming your health. See Article in Newsletter.
SATURDAY, MAY 19
We are planning to attend the Comedy Sportz event in Rock Island on Saturday, May 19 at 7 PM. All who want to join us are invited to get their $10 ticket price to Rev. Dean by Monday, May 14.
SUNDAY, MAY 20
Richard Mekdeci, Music Coordinator of Unity World Wide Ministries will do the lesson and a concert after our service. His title will be, “READY, WILLING AND WORTHY” (See newsletter for details.)
SUNDAY, MAY 27 Memorial Day Service. We will have a Walk on our Labyrinth in honor of all who have made their transitions after our service. We will also advertise to have the Labyrinth available for walking on Monday, May 28, Memorial Day for this purpose. Lunch Bunch is going out for lunch after the service. YOU are invited to join us. |

"Exploring Your Self Esteem Through Unity’s Five  Principles"
How we view ourselves determines what we believe we deserve in life. And what we believe we deserve in life is the foundation from which the law of mind action manifests and the basis for how you show up in your relationships with others, yourself and your God.
Lots of music and various processes will be used to explore this fundamental aspect of your being and learn how Unity's five principles can help you identify and strengthen your self esteem so you can begin to draw into your life all the things you desire.
MAY 27 AND 28
MEMORIAL DAY LABYRINTH WALK
Our Labyrinth has been officially opened for the season! We have posted a signboard near the entrance to provide information for people who want to use it. Members of our team will keep it looking it nice for all users. On May 27th, we will have a Labyrinth Walk to honor all persons who have made a transition. The Labyrinth will also be advertised to be open on Memorial Day, May 28th,for this use. Flags, on which names of loved ones you wish to honor can be written. The flags can then be placed in the ground near the Labyrinth.

ORGANIC GARDEN PLOTS
 Our rental plots are in the process of being roto-tilled. People who want plots are invited to contactSue Collins at 309-788-1278 or contact her by e-mail at unityorggarden@aol.com
immediately. The 10 by 10 foot plots are $20 for the season.
Members of the Garden Team will also be preparIing our Church Garden for planting in the near future. E-mail unityorggarden@aol.com if you would like to help.
